Following the approval by DMIRS and ASIC, Activ is pleased to announce that as of 16 February 2024, “Activ Foundation Incorporated” transferred from an incorporated association to a public company limited by guarantee (PCLG) and will be known as “Activ Foundation Limited”.
The move to a PCLG provides Activ with a more flexible and robust corporate structure that will better support our mission and objectives.
